Builder Bonuses for Buyers

As a well known Atlanta and East Cobb Buyers Broker, a large number of local and national home builders email me their promotional bonuses on a weekly and monthly basis. I keep a spread sheet of these purchaser incentives, many of which are not advertised to the public. Builder bonuses can last from a few days to a few weeks, and run the gamut from free upgrade packages, free appliances and window blinds, 50% off upgrade options, free finished basements, to $10,000 closing cost allowances, and can range from a few thousand to well over $60,000.

Broker Bonuses

In addition to bonuses for purchasers, Builders also offer Broker bonuses in tandum with purchaser bonuses, and often provide Broker Bonuses even when there is no purchaser bonus.

I often share some portion of my Broker Bonuses with my clients, particularly if there is no purchaser bonus being offered at the time.
